MY EXPERIENCE
My experience includes working with children and adolescents in various capacities for the last 10 years. Prior to working in a private practice, I worked with children and youth in crisis due to running away from home, being asked to leave their home, or were in the foster care system. I have also worked through a county agency providing mental health to children ages 3-18, at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and with children with Autism for years providing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy through non-public agencies and at a public school district. I have worked with children as young as 1 years old. During my graduate work, I was trained in Play Therapy and Expressive Arts therapy, finding a passion in working with pre-school and school aged children. I am currently studying Psychodynamic Therapy under the supervision of a trained Psychotherapist.
